Hi, I’m Ruby — and I’ve been lucky enough to work with dogs since 2018. 

I started out as a bather, then moved into dog handling- working as both a doggy daycare attendant and puppy preschool teacher. I learned so much about dog behaviour, body language, and how to make pups feel safe and happy. This is where my passion for working with dogs (or more specifically my passion for working for dogs) began.

Over time, I realised grooming was where my heart really is. I love being able to pamper dogs, get creative, and build a one-on-one bond with every pup that visits. My goal is always to make grooming a calm, positive experience that leaves your dog looking and feeling their best.
